Nifty spot close at 7603.20 on Tuesday. Nifty spot trade between the range of 7550-7700 above that level, nifty may be touch the new level of 7800-7950 . Next major resistance for nifty may be 7950.
Mechanical indicator stochastic RSI also showing positive trend.
INDEX OUTLOOK :-
NIFTY FUTURE: Nifty future closed at 7623.50 on Tuesday. Equity benchmarks crashed 2 percent today due to slump in global peers and post RBI monetary policy.
INTRADAY STRATIGY: Buy Nifty above 7760 for the tgt of 7800-7850 with the sl of 7690 .
CORPORATE NEWS :-
The RBI announced reduction in repo rate by 25 basis points (bps) to 6.5% from 6.75% after a scheduled monetary policy review. The central bank raised the reverse repo rate by 25 basis points to 6% and cut the marginal standing facility (MSF) rate by 75 basis points to 7%.
The central bank reduced the minimum daily maintenance of the cash reserve ratio (CRR) to 90% from 95% with effect from the fortnight beginning 16 April 2016 even as it kept the CRR unchanged at 4% of net demand and time liabilities (NDTL).
RBI expects inflation based on the consumer price index (CPI) to decelerate modestly and remain around 5% during 2016-17 with small inter-quarter variations.
