CHART INTERPRETATION :-
Nifty spot close at 7887.80 on Tuesday . At higher side, important level 7920-8050. As long as Nifty future manages to sustain above this level on intraday declines, the trend will be strong and nifty future will try touch further higher levels from this level. At lower side, support near 7850. Further weakness is nifty future is possible only if Nifty future falls and stays below the important support of 7850-7800.
Mechanical indicator stochastic RSI also showing positive trend.

NIFTY FUTURE:-
Nifty closed at 7919.75 on Tuesday . Earlier, markets traded choppy for most part of the day’s trade as traders opted to book profit at attractive levels after posting a huge rally in previous session. Traders also remained on sidelines ahead of important macro data slated to be announced later in the week.
INTRADAY STRATIGY:-
Buy Nifty future above 7950 for the tgt of 8000- 8050 sl 7870.
CORPORATE NEWS :-
Kansai Nerolac Paints' promoter, Kansai Paint Company, acquired 1.37 crore shares, or 2.54% equity, in the paint maker through open market purchase on 6 May 2016. Post-acquisition, Kansai Paint Company holds 39.79 crore stake, or 73.83% equity, in Kansai Nerolac Paints.
