Chart Interpretation :-
Nifty has given trendline breakout of trendline at weekly trendline which is placed at 7480 and managed to give closing below that.
7340-7350 is the next important support for market , breakout below this level prices may slip up to 7225.
Mechanical indicator RSI also showing selling movement while MACD is also showing negative crossover.
Index Outlook :-
NIFTY FUTURE:-
The Nifty continued to slide further and ended near Thursday’s low. The selling in all major sectors led the Nifty as well to end down losing 100 points. Nifty futures settled at a premium of 8 points. India VIX rose 4.3% to 19.4. The Nifty is likely to open flat on the back of mixed global cues. It is likely to trade in the range of 7450-7570.
INTRADAY STRATIGY:-
Sell Nifty in the range of 7470-7480 for targets of 7440-7420, stop loss: 7495
Corporate new :- Hindustan Unilever has reported 22.42% fall in standalone net profit to Rs. 971.40 crore for the third quarter. However, net sales are up 3.21 per cent to Rs. 7,822.86 crore.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises consolidated net profit fell 10.89% to Rs 275 crore on 12.47% increase in total income to Rs 1624.06 crore in Q3 December 2015 over Q3 December 2014.
Wockhardt reports that the company has received Form 483 from the US drug regulator for its Shendra plant in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
