Chart Interpretation :-
Nifty spot close at 7563.85 on Monday .nifty spot shown reversal trend from on Monday ,7740 is
the major technical support of nifty spot.
Mechanical indicator stochastic near to its overselling zone , if its give the breakout and nifty spot slip below
the 7750 so next level of nifty may be 7400-7250. If nifty take the support of this level so it may be reach the 7700-7750 soon.
NIFTY FUTURE:-
The Indian stock recovered some of its losses after plunging over 300 points in morning trade
following weak Chinese data. Indices opened in deep red tracking global markets but recovered
in the second part of trading session on the back of recovery in European markets. Short covering,
lower level buying and strengthening of rupee also helped the indices recoup the losses to some
extent.
INTRADAY STRATIGY:-
Buy Nifty above the range of 7600 for target of 7650-7700 stop loss: 7570.
