Chart Interpretation :-

Nifty spot close at 7351.00 on Monday . nifty spot have second support of 7200. Nifty may be take the support at this level as we hope otherwise nifty spot may be break the level of 7000 and trade below 6900-6750.

Mechanical indicator stochastic near to its overselling zone , if its give the breakout and nifty spot slip below the 7200 so next level of nifty may be 7000-6800.

NIFTY FUTURE:-

The nifty broke below 7400. It ended down 86.80 points or 1.2 percent at 7351 last seen on
may in 2014. The midcaps got hammered in trade and the index lost 3 percent from previous
close.

INTRADAY STRATIGY:-

Sell Nifty below the 7350 for the tgt of 7300-7250 with the sl of 7430

Corporate news :-

Wipro posted 1.8% increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs. 2,234.1 crore for the quarter ended December 31,2015.Its revenues up by 7.1% to Rs. 12,951.6 crore during the quarter from Rs. 12,085.1 in the same period last year.

Kotak Mahindra Bank net profit rose 36.63% to Rs 634.72 crore on 61.77% rise in total income to Rs 4843.86 crore in Q3 December 2015 over Q3 December 2014.

Asian Paints reported 25.82% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs. 463.28 crore for the quarter December 31, 2015 (YoY). The Company's consolidated revenue also grew by 13.9% to Rs. 4,160.03 crore (YoY).

Index Outlook :-

NIFTY FUTURE:-

The Nifty continued to slide further and ended near Thursday’s low. The selling in all major sectors led the Nifty as well to end down losing 100 points. Nifty futures settled at a premium of 8 points. India VIX rose 4.3% to 19.4. The Nifty is likely to open flat on the back of mixed global cues. It is likely to trade in the range of 7450-7570.

INTRADAY STRATIGY:-

Sell Nifty in the range of 7470-7480 for targets of 7440-7420, stop loss: 7495

Corporate new :- Hindustan Unilever has reported 22.42% fall in standalone net profit to Rs. 971.40 crore for the third quarter. However, net sales are up 3.21 per cent to Rs. 7,822.86 crore.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises consolidated net profit fell 10.89% to Rs 275 crore on 12.47% increase in total income to Rs 1624.06 crore in Q3 December 2015 over Q3 December 2014.

Wockhardt reports that the company has received Form 483 from the US drug regulator for its Shendra plant in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

extent.
